This Policy explains how PinwellRx collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit our website or use our services. Your health information created or received in the course of your care is also protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA") and is described in the Notice of Privacy Practices of the clinical group that provides your care.
Clinical care is delivered by independent licensed clinicians affiliated with OpenLoop Health, an independent professional group. Their Notice of Privacy Practices describes your rights over your protected health information and how that information may be used and disclosed.

Information you give us: your name, date of birth, address, email, phone number, payment information, and the health information you enter into your intake questionnaire, including medications, allergies, conditions, and the photographs or measurements you choose to provide. Information from your care: clinician notes, prescriptions, lab results, and messages exchanged through the platform. Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and similar analytics data collected through cookies and comparable technologies.
3. How we use information
We use information to route your intake to a licensed clinician, to arrange dispensing and shipping with a licensed pharmacy, to process payments, to provide support, to send service and shipping notifications, to operate and improve the website, to detect fraud and misuse, and to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
4. How we share information
We share your information with the licensed clinician who evaluates you, with the licensed pharmacy that dispenses your prescription, with our clinical platform partner, and with service providers who work on our behalf under contract, including payment processors, shipping carriers, communications providers, and hosting providers. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or regulatory request, or to protect against harm.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your protected health information with advertisers.
5. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time. Rights over your medical record are described in the Notice of Privacy Practices linked above and are exercised with the clinical group that holds that record. 6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and business associate agreements with partners who handle protected health information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the services and to satisfy legal, tax, and medical record retention requirements, which for medical records are set by the law of your state.
8. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site function, to remember preferences, and to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how the site works.
9. Children
Our services are intended for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
