Does NAD+ reverse aging?
No. PinwellRx does not claim that NAD+ reverses aging or restores youth. Covarrubias 2021 is a review of NAD+ as a coenzyme in cellular metabolism, not a human anti-aging trial for compounded NAD+.
Human trials of NAD+ precursors and NAD+ itself measure different things (often blood NAD+ levels or short safety windows). They are not a license to sell youth. Compounded NAD+ remains prescription only and is not FDA-approved.
